David Meyers
Director of AIM
David Meyers is the founder of AIM and a passionate advocate for people, opportunity and better workplace cultures.
David’s approach was shaped through years of working alongside Aboriginal people, employers and communities. He saw firsthand that finding someone a job was only part of the answer. Mentoring, communication, understanding people and continuing to support them after placement were what created lasting results.
That experience became the foundation of AIM’s workforce development model.
Today, David is bringing that approach to the broader workforce. He believes that regardless of background, people deserve the opportunity to be supported, develop their skills and build a career they can be proud of.
His focus is simple: put the right people in the right roles, support them to succeed, and work with employers to build strong teams and great workplace cultures.
David remains deeply committed to creating Aboriginal employment and career pathways, while extending AIM’s proven approach to everyone who is ready for an opportunity to grow.
